ZDM Concrete Finishing Additive is a revolutionary concrete surface treatment material engineered to optimize cement hydration efficiency.
During the finishing process, it reacts with calcium hydroxide (free lime), a by-product of cement hydration, converting it into additional calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) gel. This transformation increases the volume and quality of surface paste, resulting in a denser, stronger, and more durable concrete surface.
By enhancing hydration efficiency and binding surface moisture, the product improves workability, reduces surface permeability, minimizes plastic shrinkage cracking, and slows moisture evaporation. It enables faster surface closing without additional water application and delivers superior flatness, wear resistance, and long-term durability — even under harsh weather conditions.
